At Bronte Bakery, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and other important information regarding the fulfillment of your orders.
1. General Shipping Information
We offer shipping across Australia for both retail and wholesale customers. All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Locations: We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only.

Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders shipped to metropolitan areas typically arrive within 1-2 business days. For regional or remote areas, delivery may take 3-5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (metro areas), 3-5 business days (regional areas).

Cost: A flat shipping fee of $8 AUD applies to orders below $100 AUD (excluding GST). Shipping is free for orders above $100 AUD (excluding GST).
2.2. Local Delivery (For Businesses in Sydney Metro)

Delivery Time: Next business day delivery if the order is placed by 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday or by 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.

Cost: Free for orders above $100 AUD. For smaller orders below this threshold, a delivery fee of $8 AUD will apply.
3. Order Processing and Cut-Off Times
To ensure that your order is dispatched in a timely manner, please take note of the following cut-off times for next-day delivery:

Weekdays: Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. for next-day delivery.

Sundays: Orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. for delivery on Monday.

4. Minimum Order Requirements (Wholesale Customers Only)
For our wholesale customers (businesses, cafes, restaurants, etc.), the following minimum order requirements apply:

Regular Orders: A minimum order value of $60 AUD (excluding GST) is required.

One-Time Orders: A minimum order of $100 AUD (excluding GST) applies to non-regular customers.
Orders below these values may not be processed or delivered.
5. Delivery of Temperature-Sensitive Items
Certain items from Bronte Bakery require temperature-controlled delivery to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. This includes perishable goods such as cakes, pastries, and other baked items.

Temperature-Controlled Delivery: For temperature-sensitive orders, a $20 AUD charge will be included in the minimum order value, if applicable.

Packaging: Items requiring temperature control will be shipped in iceboxes to maintain food safety standards during transport.
6. Delays and Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unexpected delays due to weather conditions, high demand, or unforeseen courier issues. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Missed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be made because there is no one available to receive the order, or if no safe location is provided for the parcel to be left, it is your responsibility to make alternative arrangements. We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to goods left in unsecured locations.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Bronte Bakery is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to Australian addresses.
8. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@brontebakery.com.au or call our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include replacing the damaged items or issuing a refund.
Please retain all packaging and the damaged goods, as we may require photographs or further details to process your claim.
